Introduction
Our teaching objective focuses on developing the information theory and technologies that can be applied to industry. Our courses are designed for training students for the abilities required by industry. In addition, we also devote much attention on interdisciplinary cooperation and establish laboratories for related courses. The course content includes both theorical and practical materials related to computer software and hardware.

Required documents
1. *Financial Statement Declaration

1. Please download the declaration on this page, sign it, and upload it.
2.At this stage, we only accept this declaration. Please do not upload bank-issued financial statements.
3.Applicants who do not receive a scholarship or are granted a " tuition waiver only" after the announcement of results, please upload a  financial statement during the online registration period (May 27 to June 4, 2026 12: 00 noon).
4. A financial statement should be in English version with a minimum of $4,000 USD, issued within the last 6 months.
5. Failure to upload or submit incorrect documents will result in incomplete online registration. The system will consider the application as rejected.
2. *Passport
1. If the applicant does not have the passport yet, please upload any identification document in English so as to check the applicant's name.  
2. If the applicant holds R.O.C. Alien Resident Certificate, please upload it together with the passport.
3. *ORIGINAL Diploma
  • Please upload the official diploma in both the local language and English. Please merge the two versions as a file and upload it.
  • If your original diploma is neither in English nor in Chinese, an English translation certified by the university or by a notary public is needed together with the original.
  • Applicants graduating in the current semester should upload the certificate of enrollment in English
4. *ORIGINAL transcript(Grade report)- must show all subjects taken, grades received for each semester.
  • ORIGINAL transcript in both local language and in English
  • An applicant who has a bachelor’s degree shall have spent a total period of at least 32 full months undertaking the bachelor’s degree program.
  • An applicant who has a master’s degree shall have spent a total period of at least 8 full months undertaking the master’s degree program.
  • An applicant who has a doctorate shall have spent a total period of at least 12 full months undertaking the doctorate program.
  • The transcripts must show: all subjects taken, grades received for each subject.
